CUSTOMER PARKING POLICY

Parking at Sakura Square is reserved for its commercial business customers Monday through Friday from 6am to 6pm.
Customers of Sakura Square businesses may receive complimentary parking for up to 3 hours per day. Please obtain a parking stamp from the business you are patronizing. VALIDATIONS MAY NOT BE REUSED. If you will be staying longer than 3 hours, please pay upon exiting. Parking attendants are not authorized to accept parking payments of any kind.
ENTERING INSTRUCTIONS – Entrance is only from Larimer Street. As you enter, please tap the screen and take a ticket. Be sure to ask the business you are visiting for a validation. *Some businesses may not provide validations.
EXITING INSTRUCTIONS – There are two exits. One on Larimer Street and one on Lawrence Street. Scan your ticket with the barcode facing up and the ticket horizontal. The scanner will read your ticket and let you know if you have to pay. If you have a validation, scan your validation after scanning your ticket. If you do not owe anything, the gate arm will rise. If you do have a balance, you will need to pay using credit card or cash. *Lawrence Street exit only accepts credit cards.
Parking policies are adjusted for Rockies baseball games and other downtown events throughout the year to accommodate for sufficient parking for Sakura Square customers.
